I have had this view working in the complex international software part of a global financial services firm. I explored new ways to make work more effective and efficient by looking outside my organisation. Studying a second Master of Science course I led my team to some great discoveries of better ways to create Flow for themselves and those around them.

I had great success with my team, reducing the duration of the service they were responsible for by 50% within 6 months, freeing staff up for other critical work. I then took things up a level to structure the work so it connected beyond my team and improve a software engineering organisation of 250 staff. The approaches I use can be in any domain, it just happened to be software that was the place that I developed my capabilities. Now I want to share what I have learnt as a coach adapting world-class lightweight frameworks in organisations that are improving.
